When you visit the Collaborative Dashboard and create a new word cloud, you will be assigned "host" to that cloud. Then simply share the QR code or the link to let others participate.

Should I create an account to participate?

As a guest, you can participate in editing someone else's word cloud without logging in. You'll be prompted to enter a username. If you are already logged in, great, that works, too!

As a host, you have to be logged in to oversee the collaborative word cloud. Participants will see your username upon joining.

What Can the Host Do?

When you create a collaborative word cloud, you are assigned as host. Everyone else who joins this word cloud is a guest.

Hosts can oversee all collaborative actions, manage the word cloud's appearance, including changing the color palette, and view which words have been added by each guest. Hosts also have the ability to delete words added by guests.
